Repeal Initiative begins for Increase to Gas Tax

As I am sure you all know, The Legislature passed and the Governor signed a increase to the gas tax. This new tax has the added feature of being tied to the rate of inflation, so as inflation goes up, so will the tax. This will be automatic and will not require additional votes in the legislature. This leaves no one accountable for future increases in the gas tax. A group lead by Chris Pinto has organized to get a citizens initiative on the ballot in 2014 to repeal this tax. The first step is to get the 100,000 signatures needed. Please go to the sponsors website and read up on how you can help.

To get the google ranking of our website to go up, we need back links to the site.
You can help out by sharing the website or pages of interest from the website on face book or if you author a blog, on your blog. The more places that you share the site, the higher our "page rank" will go in google. If someone mentions us in a post on redmasgroup.com or bluemassgroup.com that helps too. The more backlinks the better. Comments on newspapers websites that include the url are another way to help.
